Here we have an aluminum pulley, turned in our Haas ST30Y. Thanks to the lathe being equipped with live tooling, we can also mill features in this machine where turning alone would be difficult.

Sometimes we machine small parts, but in this case, we have a slightly larger component — a valve cover milled from high-quality aluminum in one of our five-axis Kitamura Mytrunnion 4G machines.

This spoke hub is a somewhat more advanced steel component, involving numerous tool changes and transfer between two setups, all completed in a single run on our Mazak Integrex i-200S.
When the material gets thin, it presents many challenges with both fixturing and vibrations. For this clutch basket, we combined our five-axis Kitamura Mytrunnion 4G with our Haas ST30Y to ensure precise tolerances and surface finishes.

We take full responsibility for the entire project, from drawings and surface treatment to final delivery. Our facility includes several 5-axis milling machines and a multi-machine for handling complex components.

Creating a prototype starts with an idea and a vision. Sometimes, we are involved early in the process, working closely with the customer to develop a technical drawing. This concept then evolves into a physical model, which we machine in-house. Of course, we can also begin prototype manufacturing based on a drawing provided by the customer.
Regardless of the approach, we develop a prototype that can be modified and adjusted as needed, ultimately creating a model that serves as the foundation for the final tool.
